Have you recently purchased a new Chromebook? Maybe you have one on your Christmas wish list. There is some stellar news from Google today that will give you a very large boost to your Google Drive storage limits for 2 whole years. Right now, through January 31st 2015, Chromebook offers will bring you 1TB (terabyte or the equivalent of 1000GB) of free drive storage. It certainly beats the heck out of the previous 100GB offers that many already come with.
Two years of 1TB storage is $240, which outweighs the cost of a number of Chromebooks on the market right now. With Black Friday and Cyber Monday fast approaching, I am willing to bet there will be a number of  sweet deals on a few various Chromebook models too. With the latest Chrome OS update also bringing in native Chromecast support in Drive, this deal couldn’t have come at a better time.
If you have never redeemed any Chrome OS offers, it might click-through to your current Chromebook. However, if you already took advantage of a previous offer, then that device will come up as used. I gave it a whirl in hopes it might just work, but alas, I already snagged my 100GB a couple of weeks ago. To see if you can pick it up head to the Chrome OS Goodies page, scroll down a little until you see a similar image to the one above and hit your redeem offer button.
