HTC is all set to add a new kid in their mid-range Desire family of Android smartphones. According to the leaks, HTC Desire A11 is going to be a mid-range smartphone with a 1.4 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 SoC and Adreno 306 GPU. It is going to be the first device to be running on a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset.
The new smartphone will have a 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and a sharpness of around 195 pixels per inch. It will sport a 5MP back snapper without flash and a VGA selfie camera. It is likely to run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat with HTC Sense 6.0 UI on top of it. While the device appears to be having quite decent hardware, the leaked images suggest that it would lack the dual speakers which are typically a signature feature of HTC’s high-end handsets.
The rumours suggest that HTC Desire A11 will hit the US market first. There is no word on when will it hit the stores globally.
