After the INQ Cloud Touch’s camera time yesterday, INQ has now announced the Cloud Q we heard about briefly in the video. It harbors the same Facebook integration, and Spotify music app.
The Cloud Q runs on Android 2.2, and is to feature all your normal Gapps, from Gmail, to Maps. The Cloud Q has a smaller 2.6″ touchscreen display but also incorporates a physical QWERTY keyboard. The keyboard software on both the Cloud Q and Touch uses Swiftkey, running Fluency’s predictive text technology.
The Cloud Q brings full Facebook integration to the user, providing one-touch links all from the home screen providing access to notifications, messages, your “wall”, friends, chat, and media.
This device is expected to appear in stores in Q3 at The Carphone Warehouse and Best Buy.
