Good news for Samsung Mesmerize owners as U.S. Cellular is now rolling out the EE19 software update. This new update, dubbed EE19, addresses a few issues users were having regarding phone call clarity and faulty volume button functionality. Samsung KIES will be need for the upgrade, for those unfamiliar with the process a how-to is available as well.
