A few weeks ago the new
Android Market got a huge over haul both in looks and features. Many hated it many like it. Just like anything else in the world, you can’t always please everyone. The latest update to the market app isn’t a huge one but still adds in few nice features. For starters, you will now have a +1 button available. Not a huge deal but still makes sharing applications you love with your
Google Plus circles a little easier. Google has also added in a security feature that allows you to PIN lock the market. That way others that might get their hands on your device won’t have access to the market to install paid content against your will.
The update is trickling out, just like the last major update did. No time frame on how long or when it may hit all devices. Apparently many users are still waiting for the last update to hit their device. It is a slow process at best. You always have the option of installing the APK yourself, but that can sometimes cause a whole host of other issues and reverting can sometimes be impossible unless you know what you are doing. It is nice to see new features getting added to any application we all use everyday. Keep it up Google!
