Acer Iconia Tab A200 hits Best Buy for $349, good price for a good Tablet

It is always nice to see a device get launched on time, or at least fairly close. Acer said the Iconia Tab A200 would be available January 15th and here it is the 20th and it has been made available to purchase through Best Buy. The tablet isn’t the cream of the crop mega powerhouse you would get from the Transformer Prime, but it is still a great little tablet.

You can expect to find Honeycomb 3.2 currently loaded with promises of Ice Cream Sandwich updates headed out next month. as a refresher, you can find a Tegra 2 dual-core processor set at 1Ghz, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, a 10.1-inch WXGS HD display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and 1280X800 resolution. The $349 price tag attached picks you up a 16GB model with microSD card support. Weighing in at 1.5 punds and being only .5-inches think makes it lightweight and slim.

The reviews of the tablet through Best Buys site are all very positive with an average review from consumers at a 4.3. Granted there are only 4 reviews written up so far, still looking like a good bet for the price tag.
