Ice Cream Sandwich confirmed for Lenovo ThinkPad in May

Lenovo let the world know that they had every intention of bringing Ice Cream Sandwich to its ThinkPad tablet in Q2 of this year. A 90 day window is a pretty big window in terms of tech. That is at least 4 more tablet launches, another 10 phones (just from HTC) and well, another 3 or 4 Windows security updates. Well, maybe not that extreme, but it is still a long time. According to Engadget that over sized update window has been slightly shut. Lenovo now has May in sight as the target launch month. Still a 30 day window, but a much more helpful window for those of you using a ThinkPad that may have been thinking of jumping ship. The update will include all the icy goodness you long for.
