BLU Products announced they will be shipping the BLU Dash 4.5 smartphone today. The Dash 4.5 is available unlocked, and selling for $139 on Amazon and other online retailers.

The smartphone runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with a 1.2GHz quad-core chip from MediaTek, 512 MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, a 5-megapixel camera and a 4.5 inch 480 x 854 pixel LCD touchscreen. The phone also features dual-SIM cards, 21Mbps HSPA+ support for T-Mobile and AT&T, along with WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth.
