The Galaxy S4 is old news now, which is usually the case for a device when it reaches the one month mark. The Note 3 and Galaxy Gear are the new boys on the block, but not many people are jumping on the Galaxy Gear bandwagon. So what is Samsung’s solution? Release another Galaxy Gear with the Galaxy S5 because it just makes sense.
According to ETnews, Samsung is already well underway to getting the Galaxy S5 out to the public, and apparently they have the next generation Galaxy Gear to go along with it. They reported that we could be seeing the Galaxy S5 as soon as March, which is roughly a year after the Galaxy S4 was launched. Not really understanding why they want to launch another Galaxy Gear watch considering the sales of the first one are well below expectations. Just maybe we will see some of that flexible display we got a taste of at CES. Wouldn’t shock me if Samsung had some kind of plans to unveil something with a flexible display at the upcoming CES, since last year we got a taste of the YOUM display. Guess we will find out in the coming months, but let us know your thoughts about the already next generation Galaxy Gear.
