Vine finally hit the Android Community, and Instagram decides they want in on some of that action. According to a report by TechCrunch, on June 20th, there will be a small Facebook event where a video feature similar to Vine will be announced. Â Users of the service will be able to record videos 5 to 10 seconds long, and post them on their Instagram and Facebook feeds.
Now this begs the question; will anyone actually use this since Vine is so popular? My answer is yes. Instagram is very popular, and to have the ability to record a short video, along with all those food pictures, and having your Facebook tied in to it, I think a lot of users will use this feature. Sure, Vine is pretty popular, but you can only link it with your Twitter account, and this feature links Instagram, Facebook, and I am sure Twitter as well. I guess we will find out in a couple weeks the details to this new video feature. Let us know if you guys would actually use it.
