The LG Optimus 2X and unreleased HTC Sensation have a few things in a common, dual-core processors, 8MP cameras, and 1080p video capture and playback. Upon release of the Sensation you are sure to see many comparisons between these two super phones, with CPU and GPU benchmarks and all sorts of smack talking.
Although we more than likely won’t get to see the HTC Sensation in the US until this summer, it seems there may be a few floating around. Some lucky person got their hands on a HTC Sensation and LG Optimus 2X and provided a video showing the 1080p video quality offered by the devices. As seen in the picture above, it seems as if the Sensation clearly wins this battle as the results seem to be much sharper than that of the Optimus 2X. Although this comparison doesn’t compare the features most people would be really interested in (ie benchmarks) it gives us one more thing to be excited about while we wait for the launch of the HTC Sensation on T-Mobile.
