Michael Dell Teases Their Latest 7-inch Android Tablet

It looks like Dell has another Android tablet up their sleeve as Dell C.E.O. Michael Dell pulls a 7-inch tablet from his coat pocket. This tablet poses a striking resemblance to the rumored Dell Looking Glass (shown below) which surfaced back in April with a rumored November launch date.

Mr. Dell didn’t care to reveal any information regarding specs, availability, or pricing so we’re curious to see if this tablet will feature something better than the Streak’s Android 1.6 OS. If you are curious to know what the Dell Looking Glass tablet consists of, have a look below.

Rumored features of the Dell Looking Glass include:

  • Android 2.1
  • NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor with an optional TV tuner module
  • 7″ display offering a resolution of 800×480
  • 4GB RAM
  • 4GB internal storage
  • Micro SD port expandable up to 32GB
  • 1.3 megapixel camera

If in fact the tablet Michael Dell is holding is the Dell Looking Glass, it looks to be just a beefed up Dell Streak with the the Tegra 2 processor and larger display. On related note, Michael Dell did announce that the Dell Streak currently available from AT&T will soon be landing in Best Buy stores next month.

What are your thoughts on Dell’s latest Android tablet?
