Benchmarking sites are always a good place to see what’s up and coming in the Android world as there is always some tester out there who just can’t resist benchmarking the device they have.  An anymous person obviously ran a benchmark on the new Motorola DROID 3 that we previously reported on, and those results ended up in the Nenamark benchmark results page as shown below:
As you can see from the results, Motorola has decided to feature a PowerVR SGX 540 GPU inside the DROID 3, which clearly shows that there is no NVidia Tegra 2 inside, as previously speculated. It’s now thought that the processor will be the Texas Instruments OMAP4430.  It’s also nice to see that the screen is a qHD at 960×540 pixels.
