Rovio has announced a new addition to their portfolio that will have many Android gamers around the world breathing a sigh of relief. Rovio Account is a new system which will be eventually implemented into all of Rovio’s games and allows gamers to save any progress they achieve in games and have that progress available to them across all their devices.
Rovio Account is currently enabled in The Croods and on Angry Birds on iOS in Finland and Poland. Rovio will be introducing Rovio Account into other assets in the future.
I think this is a feature that Rovio games have been sorely needing for some time now and I daresay this will help many people who not only play across several devices, but for one reason or another might lose their game saves.
