Samsung Galaxy S II Passes Through FCC With NVIDIA Tegra 2 Processor

As with the other Samsung devices we’re now seeing multiple variants of the new Galaxy S II passing through the FCC. The most current of these being the GT-i9103,which features the NVIDA Tegra 2 processor rather than the Samsung Exynos chip we’ve seen in others.

Of course this news doesn’t come as surprise as it was already suggested that something like this might occur upon seeing this handset visit different regions for cost and availability purposes. It’s possible that particular version could be one of the US variations we’ve heard about or it could be destined to land on one of the many Canadian carriers waiting to grab it. Hard to say at this point, I just wish Sprint would announce theirs already. =p
