Sony Xperia C6 has already been leaked earlier this year and now another device, Xperia C6 Ultra from the company has surfaced. 3D renders and specifications of Xperia C6 Ultra have been released by Nowhereelse. Two new model numbers have been revealed by GFXBench benchmark, outing the Sony F3216 and F3311. Both devices are armed with MediaTek chipsets and one of them has a 16MP front-facing camera. We have already heard that a new Xperia phone, probably the Xperia C6 or the next-gen Xperia C5, might come with a 6-inch screen and a front-facing flash. But today we have images of new Xperia device which is expected as C6 ultra.
The C6 Ultra is a phablet and expected to sport a 6 inch full HD display and is powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 chipset. It has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage and support for external storage via micro SD card slot. The highlight of the phone is the 16MP front facing camera with LED flash while the rear camera is 21MP also with LED. Its predecessor C5 Ultra had a 13MP front facing shooter.

Also Sony will  launch Xperia X performance with Snapdargon 820 chipset for the european market. The premium flagship device will be available starting July 4,  according to the report . We expect  C6 and C6 Ultra will be announced in coming month. Stay tunned for more details.
