Looks you Galaxy Note II users on T-Mobile might be the first to get a taste of T-Mobile’s new LTE network. A new OTA update will soon be rolling out to your Galaxy NOte II that enables LTE to be used on your device. Now as of now, Las Vegas and Kansas City are the only ones that are testing LTE out on Tmo, but Tmo is expected to have at 200 million of their customers on LTE by the end of the year. Time to take on Verizon and AT&T in the LTE game.
Early test of the LTE are showing impressive numbers. Download speeds as high as 60 Mbps, and uploads as high as  20 Mbps. Tmo suggests that with typical usage, you should be in the range of 20 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up. I think we all can live with that. That is faster than my WiFi at home. There is no word yet on when this update will start rolling out. It is not anything major since LTE is only being tested in 2 cities. The Galaxy S III will most likely be next in line, as well as the newly announced Galaxy S4. Let us know what you guys think.
