Will it, won’t it: Samsung Galaxy S6 and variant will be at CES 2015, but only to select audience

We’ve been hearing a lot about the Samsung Galaxy S6 in the last few weeks and it seems we might be getting our first look at it sooner than expected. It’s been suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S6 and variant will be at CES 2015 this week, but it is also said to be viewable only to select partners. Seeing as CES is already an industry and press-only event, this seems even more selective, but perhaps Samsung is trying to get some early feedback on the device with a controller group before it inevitable releases the new device, or devices, at MWC 2015.

What we think we know about the Galaxy S6 is that Samsung is starting from scratch for the design of the device, dubbing it “Project Zero“. Several prototypes of the device appear to be in circulation with some rocking one or two curved edges on the display. While more solid details about the hardware are hazy at best, we are expecting the device to have a Quad HD display, a Snapdragon 810 processor (or Exynos 7420) and 3GB RAM. Only time will tell if any of these rumours are true.

What do you think about the fact the Galaxy S6 could be seen as soon as this week? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
