For all of you that already own, or are thinking about buying, a
HTC EVO 4G LTE from Sprint, how does some free money sound? I don’t think you will mind spending $25 of someone else s money on something, right? As it sits right now if you sign up for a HTC Watch account, which should be pre-installed on your device, you will be given an instant $25 credit towards the purchase or rental of any of the digital content they provide right now. Personally I’d go with the purchase part so you can keep it forever.
While digital content is always great, we still don’t see it taking hold like HTC, Samsung or Google really wish it would. With major players like Hulu and Netflix offering up plenty to keep a person entertained for a low monthly cost, it is hard to really predict how profitable renting and buying digital content will be. I do know that I sure as heck wouldn’t pass up the opportunity to buy a couple of movies though.
