Widgets are almost a staple in our Android life. Between widgets, icons, launchers and docks, we have everything we could need to make each phone look drastically different from the next. We are all familiar with some of the most popular widgets out there like Pandora or Facebook. With some of these widgets being highly main stream, you don’t have many choices when it comes making it look different then your friends.
Thanks to some more love from the xda-developers community, we can sit back and make them just different enough to matter. XDA member ilangoadigal, has compiled an ongoing list of these wonderful widgets by various other members.
You can see how these give your device just a enough of a twist to matter. This is also a good example of the all white icon pack we just posted.
To install these, just head on over to xda-developers and select the one you want to use. Download it and add it to your devices memory. Before you install the transparent version, Â be sure to uninstall your current version of the app first. Install the new APK and away you go. Pretty simple right?
