One of the most exciting features of the Galaxy S devices is the beautiful Super AMOLED display and we’re getting word now that this display technology may be hitting the 7-inch size making future tablets from Samsung that much more exciting.
According to OLED-Display, production won’t start on the beautiful seven inch beasts until June of 2011, but given how fast Samsung can spit the finished product out we should see Super AMOLED displays in tablets shortly after.
