Quickoffice goes free with 10GB of added Google Drive Storage Too

Quickoffice for Android
The Google Drive G+ page lit up with a nice post announcing that Quickoffice is available for free for both iOS and Android devices. The app lets you quickly and easily edit and create Microsoft Office documents across all your devices without worrying about what device you are using or what app you might need to have installed. Quickoffice is also integrated with Google Drive giving you easy access to your work everywhere.

If Quickoffice being free by itself isn’t of enough interest to make you download it, then how about the additional freebie. If you download and instal Quickoffice and sign into your Google Account by September 26th, Google will kick you 10GB of Google Drive storage for FREE. (Just for 2 years) Who couldn’t use a little more Drive storage?

While free is always great, usability is sometime better. The original G+ post is sure loaded full of user complaints and irritations. While you can save your files and access them later through Google Drive, you can’t edit GDrive docs on Quickoffice, rather, you get a nice little PDF image of it. Of course f it was originally a windows doc you are good to go. Not to mention that they clearly state your additional storage “will be added to your account in the next few weeks.”

Don’t hesitate to go snag it for whatever reason might be in your head. Hit the link below to pop right to the Play Store and pick up Quickoffice today.
