It seems real estate apps are growing in the market more and more each day. A few days ago I reported on Zillow.com launching their own app, and it now appears ZipRealty.com is following suite.
I have played with the application, and from my point of view I believe this app is a must have for real estate agents, house flippers, etc. You just can’t go wrong with the app.
Some of the key features of ZipRealty’s Android app:
- Search MLS “For Sale” homes in 4,897 cities, complete with photos, directional and Google “Street View” maps, and home details.
- Find homes for sale in the neighborhood you’re in right now – using location-based GPS technology.
- View price estimates for homes from Cyberhomes, and eppraisal
- See what homes have recently sold in your neighborhood or across the country.
