As you guys and gals may know Android 2.1 for Sprint Moment and Hero is just around the bend. As for Sprint Hero, we heard that it will be available in the first week of May. This was further substantiated today by Best Buy’s internal pages. According to the leaked screen, the Sprint Hero will be available in stores by this Friday, May 7, sporting a shiny Android 2.1 ROM. Keep in mind that any update, will likely clear all the data on your phone. So before updating make the appropriate backups.
