Android 2.3, Gingerbread, SDK Image 2

It’s been barely 24 hours since the official SDK for Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread was released and custom ROMs have already started to surface for a few devices. The HTC HD2 is not the only one with a custom Gingerbread port. The Droid Eris, HTC Evo and HTC Wildfire are also among the first to receive a Gingerbread treats.

Flashers beware! These are bootable ports for developer testing only. They are unstable therefore not suitable for everyday use. If you are just interested in getting a firsthand look and feel of the new OS then go right ahead. They are generally basic emulator ports with a few fixes.
