Jason Mackenzie just addressed that the Android 4.3 update will be hitting the developer edition HTC One this week, but it looks like HTC One users in Taiwan have begun to receive the update today. No word on when any other regions will receive the update, but hopefully we will receive word on that information in the next few days. The update is a whopping 512MB, and will bring in improvements such as, improved low-light pictures, new charging animation when off, and Video highlights can now include sound.
