The ever growing Android Market has hit 100,000 applications as a tweet from @AndroidDev has made it official. While quality is better than quantity, we’re sure we’ll start seeing more quality applications now that the Adobe AIR development platform is available.
While the Android Market is still trailing Apple’s 250k titles, it’s nice to see the separation closing up. We should see an official announcement posted on the official Android Developer’s Blog at some point today. To all of the quality application developers that have contributed to this number, thank you for you contribution.
