The tablet market is increasing at a very fast pace. Many are still skeptical if they will catch on completely or be another novelty item for consumers. Personally, I think they are great. I would much rather play games, surf the web and watch movies on a tablet than on my phone. Sadly not owning a high end tablet keeps me from enjoying some of the nicer aspects of them and testing out applications you might all like. That doesn’t stop me from telling you about what is out there though.
This recently released application is called Mizuu. Its creatorÂ
Michell Bak, has taken an added some very nice aspects for your enjoyment on your
Honeycomb tablet. It adds a very beautiful looking UI to your movie collection. Connecting to IMDb to add plot, cover art and more. All the information is then stored in your tablet for when a data connection isn’t available. Lets not forget the 3 various sized widgets to add to your home screen. Looks to me like they are stacked which will allow you to flip through your movies in the widget with out always having to launch the application. I wish I had that function on my
Vibrant.

There is a lite version which offers you only 8 movies to be pulled and lacks theme support. If you give it a try and love how it works for you, then consider picking up the paid version. It is only $1.16 and gives you unlimited movie support and the addition of themes to change the look of the application.
