Silicon Valley has given us a lot of things that we want with each new iteration of our beloved Android. We have speed, multitasking, great sound, display quality, cameras, and the complete source code to patch wholes that we feel need improvement. The one thing Google has constantly slipped on, though, is the aesthetics department. Android can sometimes feel a little clunky. One of the reasons people like operating systems like iOS and WebOS is because everything is seamless and subtle. Everything has a consistent shape and feel, and adds to the overall experience.
It’s the little things that make a difference, and it seems that developer Mohammad Adib recognizes that with his new app RoundR. It simply takes the corners of your screen (excluding the status bar from my experience), and rounds them off. It allows for the user to curve it as much or as little as they want to.
