[App] Thousand Clocks Gallery adds more to Make Your Own Clock Widgets for FREE

Clocks, weather widgets, battery widgets and any combination of other useful information on your home screen can make your life a little bit easier. We have shared a great number of applications that offerÂ variationsÂ that appeal to many. Beautiful Widgets, is probably one of the more popular ones out. Giving you a lot of customization options and ease of use make it a great widget application to have on your device.

There is another one out there that we have covered before, Make Your Own Clock. It is the ultimate tool for creating a custom look created and modified by you. It offers 8 widget sizes, 6 editing features and more options than you can shake your fist at. While much of the app is common sense, to create the perfect looking combination widget will inevitably take you some time. The end result is well worth it though.

The app was created byÂ Tomas HubalekÂ and has a whole online community that is involved in sharing and creating custom pieces of work for you to use.

Why long back story you ask? Well, because a new addition to the service has recently been added to the Play Store, Thousand Clocks Gallery. This app worksÂ in-conjunctionÂ with Make Your Own Clock. It gives you instant and on device access to Hundreds, dare I say a thousand, pre-configured and created layouts by members of the Clock community.The app offers you access to all the designs by others with out the need to purchase the paid app. Sounds a bit crazy, I know. It was release by the developer, so this is legit.

There are so many styles and design to choose from for all the various widget sizes. It is hard to pick just one to use all the time. You will need to create an account through the app to download the designs of your choice. It is quick, easy and free. All of this sounds a little to good to be true, doesn’t it? It kinda is. Even though the registration is free and you have unrestricted access to all of the clock and widget designs you could ever need, there is a catch. You get 10 free download credits as a welcome gift. This allows you to download 10 designs of your choice to use at no cost. To earn more credits you need to share your referrers link with others. After they successfully install and create their account you get an additional 25 download credits. It is a pretty good system for the app to gain more visibility and maintain a free service. If referral programs aren’t your thing, then you can just pick up the paid version of the app and call it good.
