Apple wastes more money as Judge postpones Samsung Galaxy S III Injunction

Apple is always putting their worst foot forward lately. They managed to get a few HTC devices held up in U.S. customs for a brief period of time, but alas, the efforts failed to keep the newest devices from hitting customers hands. They then turned to Samsung and filed another injunction to attempt to keep the Galaxy S III off U.S. soil. This of course doesn’t make Apple look very good. As usual, they wasted more time, more money and still failed to put a stop to the S III. Not all is lost for Apple just yet though. While the launch date is still set for June 21st and Apple didn’t receive a preliminary injunction, the Judge over seeing the case has a rather hefty workload and is postponing things until at least July. Does that mean that in July the Galaxy S III’s could end up sitting in cargo crates across America? Unlikely. If anything it will be put on hold and then released back to the public. If you have plans to get one on your respective carrier though, we suggest you go ahead and do it as soon as possible so you don’t have to wait for Apple to lose another battle.
