Asphalt 8: Airborne released by Gameloft for $0.99

Asphalt 8: Airborne Gameloft Android
I know, this is a little bit late, but I am sure someone somewhere forgot that is was being released today too. Earlier this morning Gameloft finally made good on their word and released Asphalt 8: Airborne to the Play Store. The eighth game in the series takes on gravity with some high-flying stunts. It pulls in 47 high-performance licenced luxury dream cars and 80% of them are new to the series. Like the Lamborghini Veneno, Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari FXX and Pagani Zonda R. Asphalt 8: Airborne packs in 9 different racing settings with mirror tracks and lots of hidden shortcuts.

Career mode pulls 8 seasons and 180 events. Don’t forget the up to 8 player multiplayer action, detailed damage system and Infected and Drift Gate modes. All-in-all, this is sounding and looking like a really great game from Gameloft.

Be sure to pick it up when you have a solid Wi-Fi connection available and a few minutes to spare for the download. It is only $0.99 and you can expect to see prompts for in app purchases too. Play Store reviews seem to be ok with them, while annoying at times, not critical to game play. We are also seeing 2,586 reviews and the game is still sitting at a 4.5 star rating. It would seem that Gameloft did pretty well with it. Hit the link below to head on over and pick it up.
