AT&T HTC One X pre-orders start on April 22 at RadioShack

For those of you who have been eagerly waiting to get your greasy little hands on an HTC One X, your wait is about to come to an end. RadioShack will begin offering pre-orders for the device starting tomorrow (April 22), for a price of just $149.99 on a 2-Year contract agreement. In addition, you’ll also receive a coupon code on your receipt which you will then be able to redeem for 7 Coldplay songs, hopefully from their newest album, Mylo Xyloto.

The downside to the HTC One X is that it only comes equipped with a Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, rather than the Tegra 3 quad-core chipset found in the international version of the device. The reason for this is because NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 isn’t compatible with LTE networks, which is why LTE networks such as Verizon and AT&T won’t see quad-core LTE phones until NVIDIA comes out with their Tegra 3+/Tegra+LTE lineup. Nonetheless, AT&T’s version of the HTC One X is still a fantastic device. Anyone heading to RadioShack tomorrow to pick one up?
