Best Buy Makes Correction Regarding the Samsung Gem “Coming Soon” Ad

 

It looks like Best Buy’s ad about the Samsung Gem “coming soon” was just a mistake. One of the readers over at Android Central sent in a photo showing a correction notice that Best Buy has put up regarding the September Best Buy Mobile Buyer’s Guide which advertised the Samsung Gem on page 9. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time and it’s good to see Best Buy make this correction.

There is currently no launch date available for this device, but we would expect its arrival very soon. The Samsung Gem is rumored to be a mid-range device that offers Android 2.1 underneath Samsung’s TouchWiz 3.0 UI that is found on the current Galaxy S devices.
