We’ve all heard the rumors of Android app support being available on the Blackberry Playbook. A new video has emerged, recorded during a demo of RIM’s new tablet. During the video a question was asked and if you listen carefully to the answer, you’ll see what we mean.
Check out the video below:
If you listen closely to the demonstrator when he’s asked whether or not it will support Android apps (about 12 seconds in), he confirms it will. Of course there’s an old saying, “believe nothing that you hear and only half of what you see”. I’d consider this new information to follow that notion.
One would guess RIM wants to follow the rising champ, and just about anyone could see why. Our app market dwarfs theirs and has far more support, from both users and developers alike.
