CyaogenMOD v5.0.3.1 for Google Nexus One has been released from Cyanogen and is available on AndroidStory. This latest release has some small bug fixes for the USB Tether problems and the Kernel has been shrunk down a little. It sounds like the Kernel was too bog to fit on some devices.
