Real quick, our friends at Android Police have managed to obtain the latest Play Store, version 3.9.17 from an Android 4.2 build. Not much is new other than some 144×144 tablet icons and various code changes. The APK has to be sideloaded, so just download it and install with your favorite file explorer. It’ll override your current Play Store version since it’s signed by Google, so installation is rather painless. Check it out.
