If you are a Nexus 4 owner like me then today is a very good day. We have just learned that there is a leak of a TWRP backup of Jelly Bean 4.3 available over at XDA. That’s right, 4.3 is out in the wild. It is available in a backup format that only works with the TWRP recovery so make sure you have that set as your custom recovery first.

Unfortunatly the radio and bootloader are missing but there is word that flashing the file via the backup directory in the /sdcard works. I am currently downloading the files myself and update this post to show you how to install it step by step if this method works for me.
