EA Games launches Halloween special, some games up to 65% Off

One thing that we can always count on are companies using almost any excuse to offer a special on their products. Yesterday we found out that Gameloft is having a great Halloween sale on a few of its titles and now EA is doing the same thing. Calling it their “Very Scary Sale.” NOt that I see this as anything spectacular, but it still gives you a chance to snag some games at a discount.

The banner add that they have added to some of their various games in the market states that some games are discounted up to 60% off full cost. Sounds good but doesn’t look that good. EA lists Need for Speed shift, Tetris, Sims 3 and FIFA 10 as part of the sale. Not as much of a sale a I would have liked to see though.Here is the break down –

Need for Speed shift – $1.99

The Sims 3 – $4.99

Tetris – $1.99

FIFA 10 – $0.99

You are still getting a deal on some very popular games, even if it might not entirely appear to be that way.
