Europe HTC One X owners seeing Android 4.2.2 Sense 5 Update

Look like HTC didn’t give up on the One X just yet. At least not in Europe. Users in northern and eastern Europe are reporting that their devices are picking up an update that brings the device upto Android 4.2.2 with the Sense 5 UI. The update is being listed as 4.18.401.2 and is just under 380 MB. The update brings in things like lock screen widgets, Home Button Customization quick setting, BlinkFeed and a plethora of other Sense 5 specific enhancements.

The update for the HTC One X has only hit a handful of countries across Europe. It is safe to say that it should slowly start to make its way to many of the larger markets overseas. When it makes it to the AT&T One X is a question that remains to be seen. Especially since the US carriers are bit more picky and slow at getting things done on anything older, or anything at all.
