It looks like an OTA update is hitting Europe as HTC Desire owners are reporting that they are receiving a 25MB update. The update is reportedly bringing the latest firmware version of 2.10.405.2 along with:
- Android OS update patch
- Enhanced Gmail support
- Improved RUS keyboard layout
Unbranded Desire owners should expect the update to hit their device soon or if you just can’t help yourself, you might want to try manually checking for the update by hitting up Settings > About Phone > Software Updates. As usual, branded devices should probably be seeing this update in the near future.
