Of ocurse the rumor has been shot down more than once, however the evidence seems to be stacking up. HTC France sent a tweet regarding the EVO 3D coming to France a little further down the road. Of course usually when a device visits Europe in any instance it becomes a national thing, although nothing has not been made official by HTC regarding other regions.
