FCC approves Galaxy Note with AT&T Bands

Many of you might remember back in September the Galaxy Note first made its appearance. Too big to be called a phone but too small to really call a tablet. Many of wondered if the Note would ever make it state side or not. Some said not a chance others said that Samsung hadn’t decided yet. We still aren’t 100% sure if it is indeed coming to the U.S. or not, we do know that the Note did just pass through the FCC sporting AT&T’s 2G/3G bands. That does make a U.S. launch hopeful. Other than source code being released recently, the Note hasn’t been in the news a whole lot. So here is a little refresher on what makes the hybrid device so unique and desirable.

• 5.3-inch 1280×800 Super AMOLED HD display
• 1.4GHz dual-core Exynos processor
• 1GB RAM
• 32GB built-in storage, microSD card slot
• 8MP rear shooter, 2MP front camera
• Android 2.3.5 with TouchWiz

It is a pretty impressive device and the added stylus, although not necessary is a nice touch for note taking and the aspiring artist. Especially if you loaded up all those marvelous Adobe suite apps to it. I wouldn’t mind having one. I am not sure about using at my phone though, even though that is technically what it is designed to be, kind of.What do you guys think?
