Jump Desktop is a great app that allows for remote connection to your laptop/desktop from your Android device. So basically you can work on your laptop/desktop through your Android device. You can move that file that you need to Dropbox, show your technologically handicapped mother how to send an email, and just play pranks on your brother when he is using the computer (I did all of this with Jump Desktop FYI).
