Galaxy Nexus tipped to hit Sprint April 15th, tax day might be good this Year

Even though Verizon might not be overly joyed about their Samsung Galaxy Nexus device, the community of Android users sure were. It was only a matter of time before the AOSP toting, HD screen glistening super phone made its way to another carrier. Sprint has been on the docket for some time now. With information already listed on their website, recently clearing the FCC and now with a potential release date tipped for April 15th.

While we anticipate an identical Nexus experience, there will be one extra perk with Sprints addition. The full inclusion of Google Wallet. This may or may not be a selling point for you personally, but Sprint is the only real supporter of the payment service. Other notable aspects will be the LTE radios. Even though Sprint’s LTE services aren’t yet up and running, launching a superphone to the market ahead of the services could prove to be a beneficial move. Getting a device into the hands of its customers prior to the service launch will make the LTE roll out that much more exciting.

If April 15th holds true, how many of you plan to sink some of that tax money into a new Galaxy Nexus?
