Get ready Austin, Google Fiber officially headed your Way

Last week a rumor started surfacing that Austin Texas would be the next location for a Google Fiber roll out. Seems that rumor is now official. Congratulation Austin, you will be enjoying some insanely fast internet and amazing prices. I bet residents are jumping for joy about now. Don’t go opening the keg just yet though. There hasn’t been an official date put into place just yet. Just knowing that you guys will soon join the ranks of Kansas City, Kansas and Missouri is still pretty exciting though. When dates, locations and sign-up pages start appearing we will be sure to let you guys know. Until then, feel free to brag to your friends out side of the Austin area.
