It’s a beautiful rainy day here in Chicago and another rainy day for Google. Google is being taken to court in a class action lawsuit involving owners of the Nexus One, who are claiming that they were lured into buying the device based on features such as 3G which they were unable to maintain. Nathan Nabors of Florida is the front man in this charge being brought against Google, and he feels like they didn’t provide sufficient support during the time they were selling the device. Â The lawsuit stretches from Florida to California, covering anyone who purchased an N1 through Google, and at this time HTC (the manufacturer), and T-Mobile (the network), are not listed as being involved in the case. Google has been reached by TechCrunch, who first relayed the story, but at this time no further information is available. We will keep you up to date as details unfold.
