Google Music Beta Website is Live!

The much anticipated Google music service is finally making its way to our hands, sort of. This morning Google launched its beta website for everyone to request an invitation. We are not sure how long it will take for your invitation to be approved or sent out, but it still worth signing up for.

To give everyone that doesn’t know what we have all been waiting for, here is the skinny. Essential Google music will be a streaming service for your music. You will be able to upload your current tracks and stream them through your Android device. Allowing you to do away with pesky music files taking up space your device. This will save me a ton of room personally.

You will be able to listen to all of your music anywhere at any time. Apparently the service will also be available offline. Anything you have recently listened to on the device will still be available for your listening pleasure.

Take a quick look at the video Google has provided below.

This is all great news for the music fan out there with limited space left or those tired of skipping tracks on Pandora. You can take a gander at some more information at music.google.com.

You can head on over to Google Music site and sign in to request your invitation now. Dont forget to also pick up the Google Music app from the market. The app requires Android 2.2 or above to work for you. They are also stating the app is FREE, but only for a limited time. So I suggest you get going and get everything set up now while you can.
