This morning we saw the newest
Android build, 4.2.1, was being pushed to AOSP. That generally means that all eligible Nexus devices should start seeing an update as well. Starting with the most current Nexus line of course. The
Nexus 4,
7 and
10 are all starting to see pop up notifications alerting users to a new update to the latest build. It isn’t a huge update, but does fix that silly little mistake of the month of December missing. Since the update file is only 1.1MB’s, we didn’t expect much else beyond the month fix and few ultra minor changes. . Still, it is nice to see Google jumping in and fixing the issue before December actually hit.
