The big problem…that ultrapixel camera. Seems that the Taiwanese company that has made HTC phones in the past, are having problems finding the source components for the ultrapixel camera, as well as the metal casing. This company no longer looks at HTC as a “tier-one customer†due to the fact that revenues from past HTC have declined greatly. So they are not looking at this situation as high priority. So what is HTC’s plan? Well first they have to delay the launch date, and head cheese Peter Chou, said he will relieve himself of his position as CEO if the HTC One flops. That is pretty intense right there. The man is putting his job on the line. I can see the commercial now. Peter Chou’s sad face as Sarah Mclachlan plays here sad music. Then show the HTC One.
